Chocolate Peanut Butter SMOOTHIE....




In a blender, combine 3/4 c frozen berries, 1/4 c low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c chocolate low-fat milk (soy if you want) and 2 tablespoons reduced-fat (all natural) peanut butter.... 355 calories if you use SOY MILK...

Where does the chocolate come from in the chocolate peanut butter smoothie? Do you use chocolate milk?

the chocolate comes from the milk...it should be the chocolate SOY milk or low-fat chocolate milk....thanks for pointing that out
