F3 wants to wish much luck to all our gym members, their spouses, and Childress residents that are competing tomorrow in a 1/2 marathon in Wichita Falls, Texas. If you don't know....it is 13.1 miles. They leave tomorrow morning at 5am. We wish everyone all the luck and you are all in our prayers. Even though you don't need them....

Thanks for the well wishes ... we had a great time. I'm thankful for F3, it provides us a place to get into running shape. Don't know what we'd do without it! :)
