It is important for everyone to realize that everyone is made different....
THAT is what makes YOU SPECIAL.
Everyone has a size and weight that is RIGHT for them.
Don't compare yourself to others...that is just putting you in a position to fail....
Things to consider when coming up with your HEALTHY size and weight...
- Muscle mass - some people are just more muscle...and we all know that muscle weighs more than fat
- Bone Mass - some people have "thinner" bones...you can tell it by most people wrists
- Lifestyle - How active are you? Do you do physical labor with your job? You need to weigh more and be STRONGER than a pencil pusher...
- Reality - everyone wants to fit back into their cheerleading skirt or high school clothes...but it isn't always possible....
But don't give up on your GOALS...
just remember....be realistic....
and make it a REALITY!
